Pendant is roughly 2cm in diameter, give or take a few mms.
Lotus Flower Tibetan Om Prayer box pendant is sterling silver.
Roughly 2.5cm tall and 12mm wide.

Hung on 50cm Italian made Figaro sterling silver chain.

*Prayer box pendant are vintage. They already have some wear to them already and need to be handled with the upmost care. To make them last avoid opening and closing them often as they are not made to do so. Prayer box pendants are made to be opened, put a prayer in/trinkets and then closed and left - not really to be opened again. They are not fidget jewellery. To avoid losing the integrity of the closure do not open and close often and handle gently and carefully. Every time you open it, it creates wear and can loosen overtime, so again avoid opening and closing often. Once it is in your hands it is your responsibility to take care of.
