Jewellery/Care

All jewellry is consider fine jewellry and must be handle with the upmost care.
But due to the nature of the pieces even when very careful sometimes they just break or come undone and there is no one to blame or much that can be done.
Excessive or even light pulling or stress on necklaces whether from hair, getting caught on clothing or undoing pieces can result in breakage as it is fine jewellry. This is just the nature of jewellry, whether that be pieces made by me or anyone else, handmade or mass produced.

Please handle very carefully to avoid this, but also be aware that jewellry is jewellry and it can and does break, this is out of my personal control once it is shipped, and your responsilbity as the owner, as sometimes is out of control for you as well. I cannot fix or replacement broken items once they have been worn or shipped.

Pendants do fall off from time to time, this is unavoidable, and just sometimes happens. It is nothing to panic about and can be reattached, it doesn't mean something is damage or broken, because again pendants fall off necklaces all the time as they are usually not fastened to anything and flow freely on both chain and jumpring. You may just need to tighten the jump ring, which can be done with piles. I obviously cannot do this for you.

Most work is made with .925 sterling silver and hung on .925 sterling silver chain (unless stated otherwise). Specifics can be found on individual listings. 

Each piece is made with love. I make work not to fulfill fashion trends or to be fast fashion but to be kept and last a life time, if taken care of correctly. 

To maintain the quality of the pieces and longevity of them it is recommended to not wear them at all while bathing, showering or swimming, avoid spraying perfume or wearing them while having applied perfumed lotions or fake tan. Do not wear at all in a chlorinated pools/bodies of water. 

Pieces that are metal are recommended to be stored in air-tight, individual bags to avoid oxidation (darkening of metals) which is natural and caused by air (oxygen).

Ceramic necklaces usually come on vegan suede. These can last sometime, but not forever. To keep them on the more affordable side they are hung on the suede rather than chain, but if you want to hang it on something like chain, you are most welcome too.

To clean do not use harsh chemicals, as they can cause tarnishing, damage and can weaken the silver. To clean, you can either soak pieces in white vinegar and/or bicarb (not suitable for all jewellery) or clean with a warm, mild soapy water and then polish with a soft polishing cloth. Cloths can be found and most jewellery supply shops and if not can be found online on places such as amazon and eBay.

I do not provide a repair or polishing service for jewellry. Sorry. 

I do not sell chains separately or provide chain replacements if you break or damage your chain and/or pendant. Or if damage has occurred especially as the chains for necklace are quite thin and fine.

I cannot and do not provide warranty on anything, even jewellry as I am a small business and do not have the capacity to do so. I also cannot and do not provide replacements if you lose or break a piece or part of your jewellery, (eg: pendant falling off/losing it) even when you have been careful. Once it has been recieved that is it. Regardless of the timeframe you have had it. I am sorry, but I cannot send or provide replacements, it doesn't matter the reason, how many times you have supported me etc, it is something I jst simply cannot do.

Refunds can only be given if your necklace has been damaged during shipping AND you purchased insurance, if those two things have not happened I cannot provide a replacement or a refund sorry.
